Adivid Technologies, along with Nagpur City Traffic Police, launched SURAKSHA, an initiative enabling passengers to scan a QR code placed inside autorickshaws to submit ratings, safety feedback, and service reviews. The system aimed to promote accountability among drivers while empowering passengers with a simple feedback mechanism.
